eDNA Manual Logger

eDNA Manual Data Logger

Most plant operations have some level of information that is not currently collected electronically or easily accessed. This can range from oil lube analysis to pressure and temperature readings. The eDNA Manual Data Logger allows users to manually enter information so that it can be stored and viewed in eDNA. Users can define a series of points to be collected and then define this template as a round. Multiple rounds can be defined for a complete enterprise solution. Values for each point in the round are then easily entered and imported into the eDNA database. Time-stamps for each point can be defined individually or simply apply the same time-stamp across all points.

Applications

  • Oil Lube Analysis
  • Utility Meter Data
  • Vibration Monitoring
  • Laboratory Information
  • Fuel Cost Information
  • Operator Rounds

The Manual Data Logger also allows users to edit values that have been entered incorrectly. Current and historical values are easily queried and conveniently displayed for specified date ranges. Manual data can now reside in the same unified database and format as all of your plant information.

The eDNA Manual Data Logger application provides users with the ability to store all of their operations and production information in a unified repository for a truly comprehensive view of the plant floor.
